1. Introduction
These Terms of Purchase govern the sale of online courses and any related services available on this website. By placing an order you accept these terms in full.

2. Services Offered
We sell digital training programmes for hospitality professionals, delivered through our online learning platform. Each course includes access to video lessons and downloadable resources for the access period stated on its product page (lifetime access unless otherwise indicated).
3. Prices and Payment
Prices are shown in euros (€) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The total price, including taxes, is shown before you confirm your purchase.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By submitting a payment, you authorise us (and Stripe) to charge the amount to the payment method you provide. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a receipt and immediate access to the purchased course.
4. Student Account
Access to the course is tied to the email address used at checkout. You are responsible for keeping that email account secure. Account sharing or simultaneous use of the same account from multiple unrelated devices is not permitted and may lead to suspension.
5. Intellectual Property
All course content (videos, manuals, recipes, methods, graphics and any other material) is the property of Inversiones Jarafuel, S.L. or its licensors and is protected by copyright. The purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to view and use the content for your own training and the operation of your establishment.
You may not redistribute, resell, publish, broadcast or sublicense the content, nor use it to train any AI system without our prior written consent.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds
Because the courses consist of digital content delivered immediately upon payment, by completing the purchase you expressly request the immediate provision of the service and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal under Article 103.m of the Spanish General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users does not apply once you start accessing the content.
Our voluntary refund policy and the conditions to request a refund are detailed in our Refund Policy.
7. Liability
The courses are educational materials. Results in a real establishment depend on many factors outside our control, such as equipment, ingredients and execution. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the affected course.
8. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from a purchase shall be submitted to the courts of the customer's place of residence when the customer is a consumer, and otherwise to the courts of Madrid (Spain).
Consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
