Refund Policy

1. Our Refund Policy

We are committed to the quality of our courses. If, after starting the course, you genuinely consider that the content does not match what is described on the product page, you may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date, provided that you have not viewed more than 30% of the lessons.

Note that, as stated in our Terms of Purchase, the legal right of withdrawal does not apply once you start consuming the digital content; the policy described here is a goodwill commitment offered by Carlos Management.

2. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to info@carlosmanagement.com from the address you used at checkout, including:

  • The order number from your purchase receipt.
  • The reason for the refund request.

We will review your request and respond within 7 business days. If the request is approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method through Stripe and may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Once the refund is processed, your access to the course will be revoked.

3. Exclusions

Refunds are not available when:

  • More than 14 days have passed since the purchase date.
  • More than 30% of the lessons in the course have been viewed or downloaded.
  • There is evidence of misuse, account sharing or unauthorised redistribution of the content.
